Important Details About Our Services

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Cancellation, Complaint, and Returned Check Fees 

  • Cancellation Fee: An $85 cancellation fee will be assessed if the customer cancels on the day of service.
  • Complaint Fee: An $85 fee will be assessed if we have to return to the property to review an issue or complaint from the customer and such issue is found not to be at fault by our crew.
  • Returned Check Fee: A $45 fee will be assessed for each returned check.

Water Intrusion and Sensitive Surfaces

  • Water Intrusion: If water intrusion occurs, Tav Gutters will not be held responsible. Bad seals around windows and doors, cracks in the foundation, cracks in your roof, or rotten gutter wood are some of the causes that may allow water to get into your home. 
  • Sensitive Surfaces: The customer must notify Tav Gutters of any surfaces on or near the home that cannot have any contact with cleaning solutions. Tav Gutters will not be responsible for any damages if the customer fails to notify our crew before any cleaning. 

Driveway Access, Photographs, Faucet Usage, and Special Requests

  • Driveway Access: We use the customer's driveway as we may need to come into the house to bring equipment in or any other tools. We are not responsible for any tire markings left on the driveways. If the customer doesn't want us to access their driveway, they must let us know in advance. 
  • Photographs: Unless specified by the customer in advance, we will not take pictures before and after. Missing images if asked or otherwise can’t prevent the customer from making payment.
  • Water Faucet Use: We use the customer's water faucet but it is not our fault if a faucet stays leaking afterwards. We use our own hoses, thus we will disconnect any existing hose on the property to connect ours. If a hose was connected for a very long time it might have been damaged and after we leave the faucet may start leaking. This is not our fault; if we notice any leaking while on the property we will notify the homeowner right away.
  • Special Requests: The customer must let us know of any special requests they may have in advance. Our crew has a designated schedule and on some occasions are unable to honor any requests made on-site due to time constraints. Also, some requests may incur additional charges.

Ladder Placement and Ladder Stand-Offs

  • Ladder Placement: In performing our services, it may be necessary to place ladders against the customer’s property, including but not limited to gutters, roof, or siding. The customer acknowledges that this is an essential part of carrying out the services and consents to the same.
  • Old or Damaged Property: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tav Gutters of any existing damage or concerns about the condition of their property prior to service. Tav Gutters will not be held liable for any damages that occur during ladder placement on properties with pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed by the customer.
  • Waiver of Liability: By accepting our services, the customer agrees to waive any claims against Tav Gutters for damages incurred due to ladder placement during the execution of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Tav Gutters.
  • Stand-Offs Available Upon Request: Ladder stand-offs are available but will be used only upon specific request from the customer. If the customer desires the use of ladder stand-offs to keep the ladder away from the gutters, roof, or siding, it must be specified in writing before the commencement of work.
  • No Automatic Use: Unless explicitly requested, Tav Gutters does not guarantee the automatic use of ladder stand-offs during service. Failure to request the use of stand-offs will be taken as consent for standard ladder placement against the property.
  • Limitations and Responsibility: While stand-offs can offer some protection to the property, they are not a guarantee against all forms of damage or marking. The customer remains responsible for specifying their use and acknowledging these limitations.

Pre-Existing Marks and Stains Disclaimers

  • Tiger Stripes on Gutters and Siding Stains: Our customers must be aware that certain pre-existing marks and stains on structures, such as 'tiger stripes' on gutters or stains on siding, may not be removed through our cleaning processes. These types of discolorations often result from environmental factors, material aging, and other conditions beyond our control.
  • Limitation of Liability: Tav Gutters LLC is not responsible for the removal of these pre-existing marks and stains. While our services aim to clean and maintain the appearance of your property, some stains or marks may be inherent to the materials due to age or exposure and are not indicative of improper cleaning methods.
  • Customer Acknowledgment: By agreeing to our services, the customer acknowledges the presence of any such pre-existing marks or stains and understands that these might not be completely removable by Tav Gutters LLC.
  • Consultation Recommended: If there is concern about specific stains or marks, we recommend consulting with our team beforehand. In some cases, specialized treatment may be necessary, or the marks may be permanent characteristics of the material.

Rescheduling & Post Service Estimates

  • Rescheduling: Due to weather, traffic, unforeseen circumstances, and other conditions, our crew might not be able to make it in time to perform a service. If this is the case, we will notify the customer as soon as we can and we will schedule their services for our next available date.
  • Post-Service Estimates: After each service is completed, our crew reports any issues they believe the home has, and we can help. Then, we will send the customer an estimate for such issues. This is a courtesy estimate and in no way it means an obligation to do such work. The customer can easily decline the estimate from the link sent to them to stop our automated reminders.

Payment Terms

    • Valid Credit Card Requirement: To complete any scheduled service, Tav Gutters requires a valid credit card on file. This card will be used to process payment upon completion of the service. If a different payment method is preferred, it must be arranged and confirmed prior to the service date.
    • Payment Deadline: All payments are due upon Job Completion.
    • Late Fees: 8% of total amount added after 15 days; after 45 days, the account will be sent to collection and a civil claim may be filed including any legal fees incurred.
    • Payment Method: Accepted methods of payments are Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Venmo.
    • Financing: Tav Gutters Offers customer financing thru Wisetack. This is subject to approval, Wisetack is a separate entity from Tav Gutters, Minimum purchase of $500 is required. For more information, please review our Financing page.
    • Receipts: Receipts are sent via email only. If the customer didn't receive a receipt immediately after making payment, they should let us know as soon as possible to correct the issue.
    • Incomplete Payment: Incomplete payment to our crew will incur an automated invoice for the remaining amount. Late fees will continue to apply to this amount.
    • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for repeat late payment.
  • Refund Policy:
  • Refund Inspection Requirement: For Tav Gutters to process any refund request, an on-site inspection of the service in question is required. This inspection aims to verify the validity of the customer's claim regarding the service outcome.
    • Determination and Refund: If, upon inspection, the claim is deemed valid by Tav Gutters, steps will be taken to initiate a refund of the service charge. The decision to refund is at the sole discretion of Tav Gutters, based on established service quality standards.
    • Request Deadline: Customers must submit refund requests within 30 days from the service completion date. Requests outside this period may not be considered.

Limitations: This policy excludes issues outside Tav Gutters' control, such as damages from pre-existing conditions not disclosed, natural events, or third-party actions.

General

By agreeing to receive an estimate from us or by availing our services, you opt-in to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Tav Gutters. These may include special offers, service reminders, "On My Way" messages, "Job Completed" messages, "Review" messages, "Invoice-related" messages, and customer service communications. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate.

Message frequency varies. Tav Gutters reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, as well as to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, for which you are responsible. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel the messaging service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages unless you opt-in again.

Transfer of Number

Messaging Terms Changes

Tav Gutters reserves the right to change or terminate this messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued enrollment after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

  • Tav Gutters will provide Gutter Cleaning service including:
      • Blowing off debris from the roof.
      • Cleaning gutters and ensuring they are free of debris.
      • Checking ALL downspouts for clogs and functionality.
      • Flushing gutters and downspouts with water (subject to water availability).
      • Bagging debris in plastic bags (bags will be left in front of the home or other specified location).
      • Performing a full inspection of the gutter system and roof for potential problems.
      • Recommending but not performing any repairs unless specifically authorized and approved by the customer.
      • Automatically providing service on a yearly basis with no service plan or a regular schedule if a service plan is signed up for, with reminders sent through phone calls, texts, and/or emails. 
  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Specify alternate locations for garbage bags if desired.
      • Ensure the exterior water source is turned on.
      • Ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed.
      • Notify Tav Gutters of any Pre-existing damages and conditions of the home.
      • Examine services upon completion and notify Tav Gutters of any concerns or problems within 15 days during the fall and winter seasons and 21 days during the spring and summer seasons. 
  • Service Warranty:
      • Tav Gutters warrants that the gutter cleaning services will be performed satisfactorily in accordance with standards and practices.
      • We offer a 30-day warranty on our gutter cleaning services. During the Fall season, this warranty period is reduced to 21 days.
      • This warranty covers the functionality of the gutters and downspouts, ensuring they remain clear and free-flowing.
      • Any clogs or blockages that occur within the warranty period will be addressed at no additional charge. Issues arising from our cleaning process, such as minor damages identified post-service, will be promptly repaired or rectified.
      • The warranty does not cover new debris accumulation due to weather conditions or environmental factors within the warranty period. Pre-existing conditions and structural issues not related to our cleaning process are excluded from this warranty.
      • If unsatisfied, customers may contact Tav Gutters within the warranty period, and a follow-up service call will be scheduled at no cost unless additional services not listed above are performed. 
  • Automated Booking and Priority Service:
      • Customers who opt-in for the Gutter Cleaning service will receive booking priority during Tav Gutters' busiest seasons.
      • Our automated system will identify the best available slots and automatically book the Gutter Cleaning service on behalf of the customer.
      • Upon the automatic booking, the customer will be notified via text and email.
      • The customer will have the opportunity to confirm or cancel the booking.
      • It is the customer's responsibility to respond to the notification and make their preferred choice known.
      • Failure to respond may be treated as an acceptance of the booking, and standard cancellation policies may apply if later changes are requested.
      • Automatic booking ensures that customers receive the earliest and most convenient service slots, particularly during high-demand periods.
      • This feature is designed to enhance customer convenience and satisfaction by securing service dates without requiring manual input. 
  • Service Plan Details (if applicable):
      • The service will be provided on a regular schedule based on the number of gutter cleanings selected.
      • The price will correlate with the specific schedule at the address listed above.
      • The approximate next service date is based on the original date of service unless otherwise specified and requested by the customer.
      • The customer will receive a notification when the booking of each service plan visit occurs. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to Tav Gutters if such a date doesn’t work. If we don’t hear from the customer, it will be treated as an acceptance of the booking and on completion the card on file will be charged automatically. 
  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Gutter Cleaning Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide the customer with gutter installation services, including Seamless .032 Gauge 5” & 6" Gutters with Hidden Hangers, removal and disposal of existing gutters, preparation of surfaces, and installation of new gutters and downspouts as per the customer's selected materials and design.

  • Detection of Rotten Wood and Repairs:
      • Tav Gutters is unable to detect rotten wood behind old gutters before removing them. Should rotten wood be discovered during the service, and if it is within Tav Gutters' ability to replace, it will be charged as a separate service. If the extent of the repair needed is more significant, Tav Gutters will notify the customer and halt all work until the customer is able to address the issue. 
      • Assessment and Notification: Upon discovery of rotten or damaged wood, we will notify the customer to discuss the issue and provide an estimate for wood replacement.
      • Estimate and Approval: Wood replacement is not included in the initial estimate for gutter installation and will incur additional charges. Customer approval will be sought before proceeding with wood replacement.
      • Color and Painting: The wood that we install is white and unpainted. We do not offer painting services for the replaced wood. If your home is painted, the new wood may not match the existing color of the house. Painting of the replaced wood is the responsibility of the homeowner.
      • Additional Charges: The cost for replacing wood will be added to the final invoice. If the customer opts not to have the wood replaced by Tav Gutters, we may not be able to proceed with the gutter installation or offer warranty on the installation.
      • Timing: If wood replacement is necessary, it may extend the timeline for project completion.
      • Responsibility: Failing to replace rotten or damaged wood could compromise the integrity of the gutter system. Tav Gutters will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer’s decision not to replace damaged wood.
      • By proceeding with our gutter installation service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms related to wood replacement.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • The customer agrees to provide access to the property, ensure the work area is clear of obstructions, and inform Tav Gutters of any specific requirements or concerns before work commences. Water and electricity must be available for use by our crew.

  • Materials and Workmanship:
  • Tav Gutters warrants that all materials used will be of the quality specified in the contract, and the installation will be performed according to industry standards.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

  • Weather and Delays:
      • Tav Gutters shall not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Warranty – 15 Year Limited Warranty:
      • Tav Gutters offers a 15-year limited warranty on Seamless .032 Gauge 5” & 6" Gutters with Hidden Hangers, covering repairs due to faulty workmanship, finish/paint, material quality, pitch, corners, seams, and end caps, subject to proper care and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, as detailed in the warranty document.

  • Cancellation Policy:
  • If a customer decides to cancel their gutter installation service within 24 hours of the booked date, they will be charged a restocking fee on the materials needed of 20% of their original service price.

  • Liability:
      • Tav Gutters is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damages, or flaws not disclosed by the customer prior to the start of the work. Any damage caused by Tav Gutters' negligence will be repaired at our cost.

  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Gutter Installation Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide the customer with gutter repair services, which may include, but are not limited to, Miter Re-seal, Downspout Replacement, Downspout Extension, Diverter Installation, Adding Additional Downspout to Existing Gutter, Downspout Repair, Gutter Reinforcement, Gutter Re-pitch, End Cap Reseal, and any other service involving repair instead of replacement.

  • Inspection and Assessment:
      • Tav Gutters always recommends performing a gutter cleaning service to properly assess any needed repairs. Nonetheless, prior to commencement, Tav Gutters will inspect the existing gutters and downspouts to assess the extent of the repairs required and provide an estimate. Any hidden or unforeseen issues discovered during the work may result in additional costs.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • The customer agrees to provide access to the property, ensure the work area is clear of obstructions, and inform Tav Gutters of any specific requirements or concerns before work commences. Water and electricity must be available for use by our crew.

  • Materials and Workmanship:
  • Tav Gutters warrants that all materials used will be of suitable quality for the repair and that the repair will be performed according to industry standards and local building codes.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

  • Weather and Delays:
      • Tav Gutters shall not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Warranty – 2 Year Limited Warranty:
      • Tav Gutters offers a 2-year limited warranty on all repairs. covering repairs due to faulty workmanship, finish/paint, material quality, pitch, corners, seams, and end caps, subject to proper care and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, as detailed in the warranty document.
      • Regular maintenance and cleaning by a professional service at least twice a year are required to maintain this warranty. Proof of this service will be required for warranty claims.

  • Liability:
      • Tav Gutters is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damages, or flaws not disclosed by the customer prior to the start of the work. Any damage caused by Tav Gutters' negligence will be repaired at our cost. 

  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Gutter Repair Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide you, the customer, with our soft wash service, cleaning all exterior siding of the house, using a cleaning solution to cleanse and eliminate any fungus on your surfaces.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Water Source: Availability of an exterior water faucet with consistent pressure and flow. Pool, pond, lake, or other non-faucet water sources are not acceptable.
      • Shutting off exterior electrical outlets.
      • Closing all windows and doors tightly, having all pets inside, and pointing out any known flaws or damages before the start of work.
      • Understanding that rust stains, soot stains, grease stains, or man-made stains will not be removed.

  • Surface Conditions and Potential Effects:

  • Oxidation:
        • Definition and Causes: Oxidation refers to a chalky white powder that forms on siding, often due to sun exposure or lack of maintenance.
        • After Effects: Oxidation will not be removed during our soft wash cleaning, and Tav Gutters is not liable if it becomes more noticeable, unless due to negligence.

  • Weep Holes:
        • Definition and Purpose: Weep holes are small openings in vinyl siding allowing ventilation and drainage. They can become blocked with dirt, debris, and insects.
        • Cleaning Process: Our solution enters these holes, pulling out dirt and grime, leaving temporary, washable stains.
        • Customer Understanding: The customer must recognize that this is not a permanent stain, and if heavy, our crew will return for a full rinse.

  • Window Cleaning:
      • During the soft wash cleaning service, a basic window cleaning is included, removing debris but possibly leaving water spots and stains. For full window cleaning without spots or stains, you may request our added 3-step purified water-fed pole system service.



  • Included and Additional Services:
      • The soft wash includes cleaning of the exterior gutters only. Full gutter cleaning can be added as a separate service.

  • Care for Plants and Pets:
      • Although our cleaning solution is safe for plants and pets, certain conditions may contribute to the potential damage of some plant species. Our warm cleaning solution, when mixed with hot weather, could adversely affect some delicate plants. Customers with sensitive or delicate plants should notify our crew in advance and, when possible, move them away from the house. Tav Gutters will not be responsible for any plant damage occurring during our service.

  • Disclaimer:
      • Aluminum Siding: Please be advised that older aluminum siding can have areas where the paint has begun to wear or fade over time. Soft wash cleaning involves the use of water and specialized cleaning solutions, which may make these faded or worn areas more noticeable after the cleaning process.

        It is essential to understand that these occurrences are a result of the pre-existing condition of the siding and not a consequence of the cleaning process performed by Tav Gutters. We take every precaution to treat your property with the utmost care; however, we cannot be held responsible for the enhanced visibility of defects that are already present in aging or damaged siding.

        By agreeing to our soft wash siding cleaning service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and waive any claims against Tav Gutters relating to the appearance of worn or faded areas on older aluminum siding.
      • Painted Doors and Fixtures: While we take every precaution to ensure that our cleaning process is as gentle and effective as possible, some types of painted doors, door locks, handles, and knobs may react adversely to our cleaning solution. These adverse reactions can result in discoloration, peeling paint, or other forms of surface damage.

        If you have concerns about these items on your property, you are responsible for notifying us prior to the commencement of the cleaning service. You may also choose to protect these fixtures by covering them in plastic during the cleaning process.

        By proceeding with our soft wash siding cleaning service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer, and agree to waive any claims against Tav Gutters for damage to painted doors and fixtures that occur as a result of these pre-existing susceptibilities.
      • Artillery Fungus: Customers should be aware that artillery fungus is a type of wood-decaying fungus that can grow on mulch and other organic matter commonly found around homes. These spores can attach themselves to various surfaces, including fences.

        Our soft wash cleaning method is designed to remove common dirt, grime, and some biological growths from your fence but may not be effective in completely removing artillery fungus. Pre-existing artillery fungus spores on fences or nearby organic matter may remain or reappear after the service is completed.

        It's important to note that the appearance of artillery fungus is not a result of our cleaning service, and Tav Gutters is not responsible for its removal or any damage or staining it may cause. Customers concerned about artillery fungus should consult with a specialized service for treatment options.
      • Plant Growth Marks: Customers should be aware that certain types of plants that grow attached to fences can leave marks, stains, or discolorations behind. These could include but are not limited to vines, ivies, and moss. While our soft wash cleaning method is effective in removing general dirt, grime, and some biological growths, it may not completely remove the marks or stains left by plants that were growing on the fence.

        Please note that any residual marks or stains resulting from plant growth on your fence are not a result of our cleaning process. Tav Gutters is not responsible for the removal of such marks or any associated damage or staining.
      • Flaws: Customer understands that Tav Gutters may not find every flaw and is not liable if it becomes more noticeable after our service unless due to negligence. The customer also understands that our cleaning solution will not cause any discoloration or damage to the siding.
  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Soft Wash Siding Cleaning Cleaning Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide the customer with our roof cleaning soft wash service, cleaning the entire roof, whether made of shingles, slate, cedar, or metal. This service includes applying a cleaning solution to kill fungus such as algae, moss, mold, and lichen.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Water Source: Availability of an exterior water faucet with consistent pressure and flow. Pool, pond, lake, or other non-faucet water sources are not acceptable.
      • Shutting off exterior electrical outlets.
      • Closing all windows and doors tightly, having all pets inside, and pointing out any known flaws or damages to the roof before the start of work.

  • Roof Reactions and Results:
  • All roofs react differently, and results will vary. The cleaning solution is guaranteed to kill damaging growths, but complete removal of dead growths may take time. Tav Gutters will not pull or force growths off the roof to prevent damage and warranty voidance.

  • Roof Materials Specifics - Granular Loss, Discoloration and More:
      • Asphalt Shingles: Customers must understand that roofs over time may show granular loss. After cleaning, areas of granular loss may be clearer. The cleaning solution will not cause discoloration or damage to the roof.
      • Cedar Shake Wood: Cedar shake roofs may display signs of aging such as wood splitting, color fading, and mildew growth. While our cleaning process aims to preserve the wood, cleaning may make these age-related imperfections more noticeable.
      • Slate: Slate roofs may have pre-existing chipped, cracked, or broken slates that become more noticeable after cleaning. Our cleaning methods are designed to be gentle but can't prevent highlighting of existing imperfections.
      • Metal: Metal roofs may show signs of oxidation or rust over time. Cleaning the roof may make such oxidations more visible but is not the cause of these conditions.

  • Included and Additional Services:
  • Clean gutters are needed for proper drainage of the cleaning solution off the roof. A gutter cleaning service fee will be added as a separate service if the gutters need cleaning prior to our roof cleaning service.


  • Care for Plants and Pets:
      • Although our cleaning solution is safe for plants and pets, certain conditions may contribute to the potential damage of some plant species. Our warm cleaning solution, when mixed with hot weather, could adversely affect some delicate plants. Customers with sensitive or delicate plants should notify our crew in advance and, when possible, move them away from the house. Tav Gutters will not be responsible for any plant damage occurring during our service.

  • Disclaimer:
      • Estimates are based on online resources and customer knowledge. Tav Gutters is not liable for flaws or damages not acknowledged prior to the start of work.

  • Touch-Ups and Reapplications:
  • Tav Gutters may need to return for touch-ups. Light brown areas may remain where heavy patches of organic matter were present. These areas may take up to 6 weeks to clear with natural elements. Re-applying the cleaning solution is free of charge if required within 6 to 10 weeks of the initial application.

  • Guarantee and Follow Up:
      • Tav Gutters guarantees the service's quality and will reapply the cleaning solution if necessary within the specified period. The customer must wait at least 6 weeks for the cleaning solution to work before contacting Tav Gutters for another visit.

  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Soft Wash Roof Cleaning Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide you, the customer, with our Pressure Washing Service.       • Water Source: The customer agrees to provide an exterior water faucet with running water for our crew's use. We cannot use water from a pool, pond, lake, or any other alternative water source.
      • Pets and Plants: The customer agrees to keep all pets and plants indoors or moved away from the area being pressure washed.
      • Pre-Existing Conditions: The customer should point out any pre-existing damage or sensitive areas that should be avoided during the pressure washing process.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

  • Weather and Delays:
      • Tav Gutters shall not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Limitations and Disclaimers:
      • Surface Sensitivity: While we take every precaution, pressure washing can be harsh on certain surfaces. Tav Gutters is not responsible for any damage to loose paint, rotten wood, or any other pre-existing issues.


      • Cleaning Products: We may use the same cleaning solution employed in our soft wash services to enhance the cleaning process and address fungus or algae. This decision is at the discretion of our technicians. Tav Gutters is not liable for any damage to plants, pets, or humans if precautions are not followed.
      • Paver Resanding: Resanding of pavers is not included in the regular service. This is an extra service and must be requested by the customer at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Warranty:

      • Tav Gutters offers Deck Cleaning Services, primarily utilizing soft wash technology. Deck Cleaning service includes but it’s not limited to the cleaning of deck or porch. Our service is designed to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from your deck, railings, and steps without causing damage to the materials.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Accessibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the deck area is easily accessible for our technicians. Any obstacles, such as furniture or plants, should be moved prior to service.
      • Water Source: The customer agrees to provide an external water faucet with running water for our crew's use during the service.
      • Pets and Plants: Please ensure that all pets and sensitive plants are moved away from the deck area to avoid any unintended exposure to our cleaning solutions.

Elevated decks are cleaned only on the top surface, not underneath. Covered decks will have only the decking, railings, and steps cleaned, not the walls or roof.
      • Cleaning Method: Soft wash cleaning is our primary method, avoiding pressure washing when possible to protect the integrity of your deck.

      • Cleaning Products: We use specialized soft wash cleaning solutions. Tav Gutters is not liable for any damage to plants, pets, or humans if proper precautions, as advised, are not taken.
      • Artillery Fungus: Customers should be aware that artillery fungus is a type of wood-decaying fungus that can grow on mulch and other organic matter commonly found around homes. These spores can attach themselves to various surfaces, including fences.


        Our soft wash cleaning method is designed to remove common dirt, grime, and some biological growths from your fence but may not be effective in completely removing artillery fungus. Pre-existing artillery fungus spores on fences or nearby organic matter may remain or reappear after the service is completed.

        It's important to note that the appearance of artillery fungus is not a result of our cleaning service, and Tav Gutters is not responsible for its removal or any damage or staining it may cause. Customers concerned about artillery fungus should consult with a specialized service for treatment options.
      • Plant Growth Marks: Customers should be aware that certain types of plants that grow attached to fences can leave marks, stains, or discolorations behind. These could include but are not limited to vines, ivies, and moss. While our soft wash cleaning method is effective in removing general dirt, grime, and some biological growths, it may not completely remove the marks or stains left by plants that were growing on the fence.

        Please note that any residual marks or stains resulting from plant growth on your fence are not a result of our cleaning process. Tav Gutters is not responsible for the removal of such marks or any associated damage or staining.

      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide you, the customer, with our Exterior Window Cleaning Service. This service involves cleaning the exterior surfaces of windows in the customer’s home using a specialized 3-step water purification system and a brush. No cleaning solutions are used, only purified water.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Screen Removal: The customer is responsible for removing all window screens prior to the service.
      • Water Source: The customer agrees to provide an exterior water faucet with running water for our crew's use.
      • Water Restrictions: Pool, pond, lake, and well water are not appropriate water sources for our service.
      • Pets and Plants: The customer agrees to have all pets inside before and during our service.
      • Access: The customer must ensure that all windows can be easily accessed by our team. Obstructions should be removed prior to our arrival.
      • Weather Conditions: If the service date is forecasted to have severe weather conditions, the customer should contact Tav Gutters to reschedule the appointment.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

      • Flaws or Damages: The customer understands that Tav Gutters is not liable for any pre-existing flaws or damages to the windows or window frames. Any such issues should be pointed out before the service begins.
      • Dripping and Siding: Due to our cleaning process, dripping may occur from the windows. If window sills are dirty, this dripping could carry dirt and leave marks on the siding. We are not responsible for any such marks.
      • Sill Cleaning: Our service does not include the cleaning of window sills.
      • Recommendation: We recommend performing this window cleaning service along with a soft wash siding cleaning to prevent potential dirt marks on the siding.

  • Warranty:

  • By accepting our Exterior Window Cleaning Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

      • Tav Gutters offers Solar Panel Cleaning services using a special 3-step purification system and brush to clean the glass surface of solar panels for improved efficiency. This specialized cleaning process is identical to our window cleaning method.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Acceptance of Service: By opting for our Solar Panel Cleaning service, customers acknowledge that this service is confined to the cleaning of the glass surface of the solar panels using our 3-step purification system and brush, and does not include electrical or mechanical maintenance.
      • Site Conditions: The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and secure access to the solar panel area. If the working conditions are deemed unsafe by our technicians, we reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

  • Weather and Delays:

      • Methodology: We use our special 3-step purification system and brush, specifically designed for solar panel and window cleaning. The necessity for any special treatment is solely at the discretion of our trained technicians.

  • By accepting our Solar Panel Cleaning Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide you, the customer, with our specialized Dryer Vent Cleaning Service. This service involves cleaning and inspecting the dryer vent system from the outside of your home. Using specialized equipment with compressed air, we push lint and debris backward by inserting a special rotating hose through the vent exit. The process ensures optimal airflow and reduces the risk of fires. There is no need for our crew to enter your home to perform this service.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Vent Exit Access: The customer must ensure that the exit of the dryer vent is easily accessible for our team.
      • Electrical Outlet: A nearby electrical outlet must be available for our equipment.
      • Pets and Plants: The customer agrees to have all pets and plants safely placed indoors or moved away from the work area.
      • Existing Issues: If the customer is aware of any existing issues or blockages, they must inform Tav Gutters prior to the service.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

      • Unreachable Blockages: If certain blockages are found to be unreachable or unmanageable during the cleaning, Tav Gutters will inform the customer and may recommend further action, which could incur additional charges.

      • Tav Gutters agrees to provide you, the customer, with Chimney Cap Installation service. This service involves the installation of a stainless steel chimney cap, provided exclusively by Tav Gutters. Our aim is to prevent unwanted elements such as water, debris, and animals from entering your chimney.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Accessibility: The customer must ensure that the chimney area is easily accessible for our installation crew.
      • Pets and Plants: The customer agrees to have all pets and plants safely placed indoors or moved away from the work area.
      • Pre-Installation Condition: If the customer is aware of any existing issues with the chimney, they must inform Tav Gutters prior to the service.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

  • Weather and Delays:
      • Tav Gutters shall not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Cancellation Policy:
  • If a customer decides to cancel their chimney cap installation service within 24 hours of the booked date, they will be charged a restocking fee on the materials needed of 20% of their original service price.

  • Limitations and Disclaimers:
      • Masonry Work: Tav Gutters does not perform any masonry work as part of this service.
      • Cleaning and Maintenance: Tav Gutters does not perform any chimney cleaning or maintenance work as part of this service.
      • Special Features: Tav Gutters will not install any special chimney cap features such as damper opening systems.
      • Material Limitation: We install only stainless steel chimney caps provided by Tav Gutters. No other materials or chimney caps will be installed.

  • Warranty:
  • This service does not include any warranties, expressed or implied, other than those specifically detailed in the service contract.

  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Chimney Cap Installation Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters specializes in the installation of gutter covers designed to minimize the need for frequent gutter cleaning by keeping leaves and other debris out of your gutter system. While our primary recommendation is the Real Gutter Covers by Raytec, we can also install other types of covers, including those provided by the customer.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Accessibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the area around the gutters is clear and accessible for our technicians. Any obstacles such as furniture or plants should be moved prior to service.
      • Clean Gutters: Gutters must be clean prior to the installation of the gutter covers. If the gutters are found to be unclean, Tav Gutters will clean them, and the cost for the cleaning will be added to the final invoice.

  • Changes and Additional Work:
      • Any changes to the original contract or additional work requested by the customer must be agreed upon in writing, including any changes in cost.

  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment terms will be as per the agreement, Tav Gutters reserves the rights to ask for a deposit before commencement and final payment due upon satisfactory completion.

  • Weather and Delays:
      • Tav Gutters shall not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Cancellation Policy:
  • If a customer decides to cancel their gutter cover installation service within 24 hours of the booked date, they will be charged a restocking fee on the materials needed of 20% of their original service price.

  • Limitations and Disclaimers:
      • Regular Cleaning: Despite the installation of gutter covers, regular gutter cleaning is strongly recommended. Gutters must be cleaned at least once a year. GUTTER COVERS DO NOT ELIMINATE GUTTER CLEANING COMPLETELY.


      • Product Flexibility: While we highly recommend Real Gutter Covers by Raytec, we are open to installing other types of covers, including those provided by the customer. However, we reserve the right to deny service or charge an additional fee based on the complexity of the installation, as determined by our technicians.
      • Scope of Work: No additional work, other than a gutter cleaning service, will be performed unless specified in writing.

  • Warranty:
  • Tav Gutters provides a 10-Year Limited Warranty for Real Gutter Covers by Raytec, installed by our professionals. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 10 years, with the exceptions and requirements as outlined in the "Exclusions" section below.

    Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover any repairs or issues caused due to acts of God, human actions, animals, lack of maintenance, or other issues unrelated to the product or its installation.
  • Regular maintenance and cleaning by a professional service at least once a year are required to maintain this warranty. Proof of this service will be required for warranty claims.

  • Acceptance:
  • By accepting our Gutter Cover Installation Services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
  • Service Description:
      • Tav Gutters provides free estimates for various home maintenance services, typically created using satellite technology and publicly available information. These estimates are sent via text and/or email and expire 30 days after issuance.

  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Acceptance of Estimates: By accepting our estimate, the customer acknowledges that it is an approximation of the scope and cost of the work to be done, based on available information. Acceptance of an estimate does not constitute a binding contract to perform the work described therein.
      • Site Conditions: Customers should be aware that if the condition of the site is different from what was visible through satellite imagery or other means, additional costs may apply.

  • Weather and Delays:
      • Tav Gutters shall not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Limitations and Disclaimers:
      • Ground-Level Assessment: When a home visit is necessary, all assessments will be made from ground level for safety reasons. We will not go up on ladders for estimating purposes. Therefore, if the scope of the work is more extensive than initially assessed, we are not responsible for the discrepancies.
      • Courtesy Estimates: Upon completion of a service, our crew may identify additional work that could benefit the customer. An estimate for this work will be provided as a courtesy, with no obligation on the customer’s part to proceed.
      • Expiration: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, Tav Gutters reserves the right to honor the original estimate or revise the pricing based on material availability, demand, or other variables.
      • Non-Binding: An estimate is not a binding offer, contract, or agreement. It is intended solely as a general approximation based on the information available at the time and is subject to change.

  • Acceptance:
  • By requesting or accepting an Estimate from Tav Gutters, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.

 

By requesting and/or accepting services from Tav Gutters LLC, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree that you have read, fully understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. You understand that these terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Tav Gutters LLC, including but not limited to gutter installation, cleaning, repair, solar panel cleaning, siding cleaning, roof cleaning, and any other maintenance services offered.

You agree that your acceptance of these terms and conditions represents a binding agreement between you and Tav Gutters LLC. It is your responsibility to ensure that any specifications, requirements, or concerns you have are communicated and acknowledged in writing before the commencement of any services.

This acceptance agreement is valid for all current and future service requests unless explicitly revoked or modified in writing by you, the customer, or by Tav Gutters LLC.
